A working meeting was held at the Chamber between the President of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia, Branko Azeski, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timcho Mucunski.
The meeting focused on initiatives and concrete forms of support for export-oriented companies, including organizing thematic visits with active participation from the business community, enhancing communication with diplomatic and consular missions, and promoting the export capacities of domestic companies to the diplomatic corps in the country.
President Azeski, reaffirming the positive experience in the Chamber’s previous cooperation with the Ministry, emphasized that strong and concrete diplomatic engagement is of exceptional importance for businesses in opening new markets and connecting with new partners, thus stimulating economic activity in the country. Azeski noted that the Economic Chamber has already conducted analyses identifying where the export potential lies for new products and new markets, and that in direct coordination with the Ministry, joint efforts will continue in the coming period to encourage export activities.

Minister Mucunski stressed that the purpose of such meetings is to directly hear the views and considerations of the chambers of commerce, as well as to obtain concrete initiatives for supporting companies, strengthening economic diplomacy, and advancing exports.
The excellent cooperation to date was reaffirmed and mutual satisfaction with the achieved results was expressed. Discussions also included further deepening of this cooperation in order to secure tangible benefits for companies and positively influence the overall economic development of the country.
The meeting also reviewed specific initiatives and events planned for the period ahead, as opportunities for continued cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Economic Chamber.
