The Marili Agency will, for the 30^th time, honor the country’s most successful women managers as part of this year’s jubilee edition of the “Selection of the Most Successful Women Managers.” The event will take place on 23 April 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Skopje, as an evening ceremony.

At the 2026 jubilee edition, 30 women managers will be recognized for their long-standing, consistent, and successful leadership, as well as their lasting contribution to the Macedonian economy.

The laureates were selected based on several criteria, including at least 10 years of successful management in the private sector and sustained company performance across different industries and regions of the country. All awardees were nominated by their business peers and partners in recognition of their outstanding management and professionalism.

Each laureate will receive the “Leading Woman” statuette, cast in bronze and created by academic sculptor Prof. Dr. Nikola Smilkov.

In addition to the award ceremony, the women managers, representatives from state institutions and real sector, as well as the diplomats present will be entertained with a musical performance by young cellist Ada Bogoevska and pianist Ana Mancheva. The chamber duo performs under the mentorship of Prof. Danica Stojanova.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy a ballet performance by fifth-grade students from the primary ballet department at the State Music and Ballet School Center “Ilija Nikolovski – Luj,” from the class of Prof. Slagjana Spasenovska. The event will traditionally be hosted by renowned journalist and presenter Eli Tanaskovska, MA, known for her distinctive and lyrical introductions.

Over the years, the event has contributed to strengthening women’s management, entrepreneurship, and leadership, while also promoting gender equality and the principle of equal opportunities for all.

In addition to the event, the “Business Catalog of the Republic of Macedonia” is also marking its 30^th anniversary and has already been published. This year’s introductory section is dedicated to 35 years of an independent, modern Macedonian state, while the main body includes numerous interviews with this year’s award-winning women managers, as well as interviews with ministers, representatives of chambers of commerce, artists, actors, musicians, and others.
