Organized by the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia and the Trade Office of the Austrian Embassy in Skopje (Advantage Austria), a Macedonian-Austrian Business Forum dedicated to the development of the country's road, railway, and energy infrastructure will be held on 16 September 2026, at the Economic Chamber.

The event serves as a platform to intensify bilateral economic cooperation and directly connect prominent Austrian companies with relevant Macedonian institutions, line ministries, and domestic business entities. The forum will focus on current and planned capital investments, the transition to renewable energy sources, the modernization of the transport network, and opportunities to implement advanced technological solutions.

During the plenary session, keynote addresses will be delivered by the Minister of Transport and Communications, Aleksandar Nikoloski, and the Minister of Energy, Mining, and Mineral Resources, Sanja Bozhinovska, who will present the country's strategic priorities and upcoming infrastructure projects. Alongside the line ministers, executive leadership from key public enterprises and sector-related institutions, as well as members of the Austrian business delegation, will also deliver presentations.

The agenda includes a series of individual business and institutional meetings (B2B and B2G), aimed at identifying concrete modalities for business partnerships, joint ventures, and long-term cooperation between the two countries.
