In an interview for Economy and Business magazine, Goran Antevski, President of the Association of the Metal and Electrical and Electronics Industries, discusses the challenges, expectations, and the sector's role in the national economy.

"As the new President of the Association for the Metal and Electrical and Electronics Industries and General Director of Rade Konchar – TEP, my goal in this new role is to advance an industry that plays a dominant role in the national economy as a whole, to support innovation, and to create conditions for shared success among all Association members. I hope to apply my experience and the best practices from Rade Konchar – TEP to contribute to the development of the entire industry. The focus will be on increasing productivity, investing in green energy, and promoting digitalization. The future of the industry will depend on creating favorable conditions for investment and the development of new technologies. I firmly believe that through collaboration and innovation, we will enhance the sector’s competitiveness and position it in the global market."
