Presentation Held in Kichevo: Businesses Informed About Opportunities and the IPARD Program

 An info day was held in Kichevo to promote the region's economic and social development. The event included a presentation for companies on the topic Preparing Enterprises to Access Financial Support from National Programs, Loans, and Grants from Funds, organized by the Regional Chamber in Kichevo, part of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia.

Companies from various sectors, such as trade and services, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and accounting, participated in the event. They were informed about ongoing calls for applications and opportunities, as well as how to address challenges in preparing to participate in financial support programs, implementing standards, achieving energy efficiency, and understanding legal regulations.

Alija Zubearoski, Vice President of the Regional Chamber in Kichevo, welcomed the attendees, emphasizing the need for continuous improvement of companies, investment, and financial strategies. He also highlighted the importance of ongoing collaboration at the local and national levels to foster greater development in the Kichevo region.

Key presentations included Klaudija Lutovska, M.Sc., IPARD Consultant, Aleksandra Lichoska, M.Sc., Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, who explained the application of legal regulations, and Nikola Dimkovski, M.Sc., from the Bitola Regional Chamber, who presented the significance of standards for quality and internal operations as essential for entering foreign markets and ensuring quality certification.

Representatives from the Municipality of Kichevo and the Employment Service Center in Kichevo outlined their activities to support the business sector, stressing their ongoing collaboration with companies to provide faster access to services.

During the discussion, participants concluded that meetings tailored to the needs and suggestions of members, as well as cooperation between institutions and businesses, are crucial for fostering economic development.
