“To conquer new markets, risks must be taken. The greater the risk, the greater the profit. Sometimes, overthinking may not be ideal because excessive analysis can lead one to conclude that nothing should be done since everything seems risky,” says Angel Angjushev, Chief Operating Officer of Green Machines, in the latest episode of the Business Club podcast during his conversation with the President of the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia.
According to Angjushev, courage is essential to thrive in a market economy. Brako operates in line with the green agenda and renewable energy trends, consistently staying up to date with modern developments. The company's products are present in about ten USA states and Mexico, while Europe, East Asia, the United Kingdom, and the Near East remain traditional markets for their offerings.
“Every manager must always know what is happening with their company; they must understand how to manage risks, know when to spend and when not to. So far, we have avoided the danger of losing liquidity, and we strive to keep it that way,” Angjushev emphasized.
In his conversation with President Azeski, Angjushev discussed the compatibility of foreign universities where he studied and the entrepreneurial spirit among young people, who increasingly migrate to other countries. He noted that technical sciences’ programs tend to be compatible due to their foundation in natural laws or mechanics, which are universally consistent and cannot be interpreted differently. However, for those interested in entrepreneurship, resilience and adaptability are critical to overcoming challenges.
“Every young person aspiring to entrepreneurship must have a strong mindset, never indulge in self-pity, and avoid viewing challenges negatively. There will be challenges, pressures, difficulties, and problems—both technical and interpersonal. However, they must embrace all of this with positive energy and an open mind. Instead of focusing on how big or difficult the problem is, they should focus on solving it,” Angel Angjushev highlighted.
